Apple Butter Sheet Cake

In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer bowl, combine powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until no lumps. Mix in the butter mixture, combining until smooth. Spread warm frosting over warm cake.
