– 1 cup walnuts or pecans
– 1 cup canola or vegetable oil
– 1/2 cup applesauce
– 3 eggs
– 2 tsp vanilla extract
– 3 cups all purpose flour
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tsp ground cinnamon
