Cheesy Broccoli Casserole

A traditional crowd-pleaser is this Easy Cheesy Broccoli Casserole. This simple family classic is an excellent addition to any menu, whether you’re searching for a delicious holiday side dish or dreaming of a creamy casserole to have on hand through the week.

INGREDIENTS:

– 24 oz. frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained – 1/2 cup mayonnaise – 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup – 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded – 1 small onion, finely chopped – 1 egg

– 1 tsp black pepper – 1 tsp garlic powder – 1 tsp onion powder – 1 tsp salt – 1 1/2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed – 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, diced onion, egg, mayonnaise, cream of chicken soup, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and salt.
