– 4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded – 2 cans (10.5 oz each) cream of chicken soup – 1/2 cup milk – 1 (6 oz) box stuffing mix – 1 1/2 cups chicken broth – salt, pepper to taste
Prepare a 9x13" baking dish with nonstick spray. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spread cooked chicken on bottom of the prepared dish evenly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
In a small bowl, whisk 2 cream of chicken soup cans with milk until smooth.
Pour soup mix over the chicken evenly.
Sprinkle dry stuffing mix on top of soup. Pour chicken broth over the stuffing, making sure to cover it all.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Allow to rest about 10 minutes before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
