Easy Pierogi Casserole

Easy Cheesy Pierogi Casserole recipe is an easy and delicious dinner for those busy weeknights. It has boxed pierogies covered in creamy sauce, bacon, green onions, and cheese. Bursting with flavor and loaded with Alfredo sauce, this dish takes comfort food to a whole new level.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a 9x13" casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Layer half of the pierogies or one box into your dish in a single layer.

Spoon half of the jar of alfredo sauce over the top of the pierogies.

Sprinkle half of the bacon on top of the alfredo sauce.

Place half of the chopped green onions on top.

Layer half of the cheese next, then place the other half of the pierogies (other box).

Repeat the rest of the layers, ending with the shredded cheese.

Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown, cheese is melted, and edges are bubbling.
