Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process and cool the pasta. In a small bowl, whisk all of the dressing ingredients until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine salami, pepperoni, ham, provolone, grape tomatoes, pickled onions, sliced pepperoncini, and mozzarella pearls.
Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently until evenly coated. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. After an hour, stir in chopped lettuce and serve. Enjoy!
