Sheet Pan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Sheet Pan Chocolate Chip Cookies are a delightful treat that combines the classic flavors of chocolate and cookies with the convenience of a single baking sheet. These cookies are baked to perfection on a large sheet pan, resulting in a batch of soft, chewy, and delicious cookies that are perfect for sharing.

– 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened – 1 1/4 cups brown sugar, packed – 3/4 cup granulated sugar – 2 tsp vanilla extract – 2 eggs – 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour – 1 tsp baking soda – 1 tsp salt – 2 1/2 cups miniature chocolate chips, divided

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the 18x13-inch sheet pan with nonstick spray.

In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs, and vanilla extract, beating to combine. Scrape down the sides as needed.

Mix in salt, baking soda, and all purpose flour. Fold in 2 cups of miniature chocolate chips.

Spread cookie dough into the prepared sheet pan. It can be sticky, spray a spatula or your hands to help spread it out. Sprinkle the top with 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.

Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven, allow to cool, slice, and enjoy!
