Simple Sausage Quiche 

This Simple Sausage Quiche (or bacon) is easy to prepare. It will quickly become a favorite for everyone. Level up your breakfast with a flaky pie crust loaded with eggs, meat, and cheese.

– Two 9″ pie shells – 4 large eggs – 1 pound sausage, bacon or ham – 3 cups shredded cheese – 1 cup diced onion – 4 tablespoons all purpose flour – 1 1/3 cups evaporated milk – 2-3 teaspoons parsley (optional) – Salt, pepper to taste

INGREDIENTS

In a large bowl, combine, sausage, onion, flour and 2 cups of shredded cheese.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook your sausage and onion together; drain well.

Spread evenly into two unbaked pie shells.

Step 3

Whisk together eggs, evaporated milk, and parsley (optional).

Step 4

Pour eggs over the sausage evenly, half into each pie shell. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded cheese on each pie crust.

Step 5

Bake on a sheet pan in 375 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Test with a toothpick in center coming out clean. Let rest about 10 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
