Southern Banana Split Cake Recipe

Melt butter in a microwave safe medium bowl, then combine melted butter with graham cracker crumbs. Press cracker crumbs into the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish.

Combine egg beaters, butter, and powdered sugar. Mix for at least 20 minutes on medium speed, until nice and creamy. Add vanilla extract towards the end of mixing. Spread over the cooled graham cracker crust.

Drain the crushed pineapple juice as much as possible. Any extra juice can create a runny filling. Spread drained pineapple over the filling in an even layer.

Cut the bananas into slices and dip them into lemon juice.  Layer the banana slices over the crushed pineapple.

On top of the bananas, spread a generous layer of whipped cream. Cut maraschino cherries in half and place the cherry slices on top of the whipped cream.
