In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, yogurt, granulated sugar, and cheesecake pudding until smooth and creamy. Adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more or less sugar if desired.
Fold in whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.Wash the strawberries, hull them, and slice into bite-sized pieces. Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds. Place into a medium bowl with 2 tbsp lemon juice.
Fold fruit gently into the cheesecake mixture. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld. Just before serving, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top, if using. Enjoy!
