Easy Baked Beef Stroganoff Casserole

Easy Baked Ground Beef Stroganoff gives you a comforting and hearty dish perfect for a cozy night in or a family dinner. With its creamy sauce and tender beef, it's a classic that never goes out of style.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9x13" baking dish with nonstick spray. In a large skillet, cook and crumble the ground beef, over medium heat until it is no longer pink, drain any excess grease. Add minced garlic, salt & pepper.

Cook noodles 1-2 minutes less then package directions. Drain. Add butter to the noodles. Set aside. 2. Stir in the canned mushrooms.

Mix in beef broth, onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, and worcestershire sauce, until well combined. Remove from heat, add sour cream and stir to combine.

Mix buttered noodles with the beef mixture and combine well. Pour noodles mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the top with crispy fried onions, then bake 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
