Crescent Breakfast Casserole

A layer of cheesy eggs and sausage is placed on top of a soft, puffy crescent roll crust in this simple Crescent Breakfast Casserole.

– 1 (8 oz.)  package crescent rolls – 16 oz. breakfast sausage – 8 large eggs – 1 1/4 cups milk – 1/2 tsp salt – 1/2 tsp pepper – 1/4 tsp garlic powder – 1/2 tsp dry mustard powder – 2 cups shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a 9x13" baking dish with nonstick spray.

Unroll the crescent rolls and press into the bottom of your prepared dish. Press the seams together. Bake for 5 minutes, then remove from oven.

In a large skillet, cook and crumble ground sausage. Drain well. Spread on top of the crescent rolls.

Whisk eggs, then add in milk, garlic powder, dry mustard powder, salt, and pepper.

Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over the sausage.

Pour eggs evenly over the top.

Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese on top. Bake 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cut and serve!
