Easy Scalloped Corn

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish (8x8-inch). In a large bowl, combine the corn, eggs, 1/4 cup melted butter, 1/2 cup crushed crackers, salt, pepper, and paprika.. Stir gently to combine.

Pour the corn mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Melt 1/4 cup butter and combine with 1/2 cup of crushed crackers. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the corn.

Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
