vanilla extract
Instructions
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Combine sugar, salt, butter, milk, and cocoa powder in a medium or large saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Bring to a rolling boil, then boil for 60 seconds without stirring.
Remove from heat and immediately add peanut butter, vanilla extract, and oats.
Stir well, then drop by tablespoonfuls onto parchment paper. Allow to cool for 20-30 minutes or place in refrigerator to chill.
