- 16 oz pasta (rotini, shells)
- 2 cups dill pickles, diced

- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed small
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2-3 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 2-3 teaspoon dried dill)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ - 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until it is al dente. Drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process. Let it cool completely.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, onion powder, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced dill pickles, and cheese cubes.
