Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 16 oz. egg noodles
- 24 oz spaghetti sauce
- 1 10.34 oz can cheddar cheese soup
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- salt, pepper to taste
- 2 cups cheese, shredded (mexican, colby, mozzarella, or cheddar)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
- In a large skillet or saucepan, cook the ground beef (plus any extras: onion, bell pepper) over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in spaghetti sauce, cheddar cheese soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes.
- Cook noodles until al dente, according to package directions. Drain, add noodles back to the pot and combine with meat sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkled shredded cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Allow to rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
