Easy Cheesy Pierogi Casserole Recipe

This Pierogi Casserole is an easy and delicious dinner which starts with boxed pierogies covered in alfredo sauce, bacon, green onions and cheese. Everyone will love this comfort meal.

2 boxes
(32 oz. each)
frozen pierogies (such as Mrs. T's in freezer section)
1
jar (15 oz.)
alfredo sauce
6-8
slices
of bacon, cooked and crispy
2-3
green onions, finely chopped
2
cups
shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, monterey jack, Mexican)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a 9×13″ baking dish with nonstick spray. Layer half of the pierogies or one box into your dish.
Spoon half of the jar of alfredo sauce over the top of the pierogies.
Sprinkle half of the bacon on top of the alfredo sauce.
Place half of the chopped green onions on top.
Layer half of the cheese next, then place the other half of the pierogies (other box).
Repeat the rest of the layers, ending with the shredded cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until slightly golden, cheese is melted and edges are bubbling.
