Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine cake ingredients until well combined. Spread into the prepared baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cocoa powder. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the batter in the baking dish.
Slowly pour hot water over the top. Do not stir. The water will create a rich fudgy sauce as the cake bakes.
Bake in prepared oven 30-40 minutes or until the top is just done. Cool 5-10 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
