Old Fashioned Peanut Butter Fudge
is surprisingly easy and quick! A simple stovetop candy recipe which just requires a few ingredients, for a smooth and creamy fudge, so hard to resist.

unsalted butter

brown sugar, packed
½
cup
milk
¾
cup
peanut butter
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract

powdered sugar
Instructions
Butter an 8×8″ pan or line with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil.
Boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
Place powdered sugar in a large bowl. Pour peanut butter mixture over the top.
Beat until smooth.
Spread into the prepared dish. Chill until firm and cut into squares.
