milk

salt

vanilla extract

ground cinnamon

maple syrup

unsalted butter, softened

brown sugar, packed

cup
pecans or walnuts, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9×13″ baking pan with nonstick spray.
Cut bread into 1 inch cubes.
In a medium or large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, syrup, vanilla, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and salt, until well combined.
Spread cubed bread into the prepared baking dish.
Carefully pour egg mixture over the top of the bread cubes, as evenly as possible.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 4 tablespoon of softened butter together to form a crumbly topping.
Sprinkle brown sugar topping over the bread.
Bake 30-40 minutes or until middle is set. Cool 5-10 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
