This Simple Sausage Quiche is easy to prepare. It will quickly become a favorite for everyone. Level up your breakfast with a flaky pie crust loaded with eggs, meat, and cheese.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook your sausage and onion together; drain well.
In a large bowl, combine, sausage, onion, flour and 2 cups of shredded cheese.
Spread evenly into two unbaked pie shells.
Whisk together eggs, evaporated milk, and parsley (optional).
Pour eggs over the sausage evenly, half into each pie shell. Top each with ½ cup of shredded cheese.
Bake on a sheet pan in 375 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Test with a toothpick in center coming out clean. Let rest about 10 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
