sweetened condensed milk

heavy whipping cream

milk

teaspoon
vanilla extract
¼
cup
cocoa powder
1-2
cups
semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips

cup
Kahlua (or alcohol of choice)
Instructions
In a slow cooker, combine sweetened condensed milk, heavy whipping cream, milk, vanilla extract and chocolate chips.
Whisk in cocoa powder.
Cook on low for 2 hours, whisking occasionally, until the chocolate is all melted and cocoa powder is mixed in well.
When it is ready, stir in the alcohol.
Serve hot and drink responsibly!
