Top Tips

  • Try a variation of the sandwich with sliced turkey.
  • You can use any variety of ham – We usually like a black forest or honey ham.
  • You can try a different type of cheese, we just prefer swiss. Other great options are provolone, pepper jack, cheddar or colby jack.
  • You can assemble these sandwiches up to 4 hours in advance. Store them covered in the refrigerator until you’re ready to put them in the oven.
  • They are best eaten while hot, right out of the oven.
  • If you have any leftovers, store them for up to 3 days in the refrigerator, in an airtight container.
