Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix the apple pie filling, apple pie spice/ground cinnamon, salt, melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
Cut the biscuits into 6-8 pieces each. Add the biscuit pieces to the bowl with the filling and gently toss until evenly coated.
Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the biscuits are puffed and golden brown. Check for doneness—if the biscuits are browning too quickly on top, cover with foil for the last 10 minutes.
In a small bowl combine powdered sugar with milk until smooth. Allow bubble up to rest for 10-15 minutes, then drizzle the glaze over top. Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy!
