Chicken alfredo bubble up is an easy weeknight dinner which everyone will love. The refrigerated biscuits are tossed with alfredo sauce plus it is loaded with shredded chicken and a cheesy topping.

chicken, cooked (either shredded or chopped)

15 oz.
jar alfredo sauce
2
cups
shredded mozzarella cheese
1
16 oz.
tube of refrigerated biscuits
½
cup
parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9x13" baking pan with nonstick spray.
Mix chicken, 1 cup of mozzarella, parmesan, and alfredo sauce in a large bowl.
Next, open your tube of biscuits and cut them into 6 or 8 pieces.
Place the cut biscuits into the bowl with chicken and alfredo and stir together gently.
Spoon into the prepared baking dish.
Top with the other cup of mozzarella cheese. You can add extra cheese or even a seasoning such as basil, oregano or parsley on top.
Place into the oven and bake 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Check the biscuits and make sure the middle is cooked.
