Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 2 cans (10.5 oz each) cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup milk
- 1 (6 oz) box stuffing mix
- 1 ½ cups chicken broth
- salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare a 9×13″ baking dish with nonstick spray. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Spread cooked chicken on bottom of the prepared dish evenly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a small bowl, whisk 2 cream of chicken soup cans with milk until smooth.
- Pour soup mix over the chicken evenly.
- Sprinkle dry stuffing mix on top of soup. Pour chicken broth over the stuffing, making sure to cover it all.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Allow to rest about 10 minutes before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
