heavy whipping cream

milk
2
teaspoon
vanilla extract
¼
cup
cocoa powder
1
cup
chocolate chips (milk chocolate or semi-sweet)
Toppings such as marshmallows, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, etc.
Instructions
In a slow cooker, combine sweetened condensed milk, heavy whipping cream, whole milk, vanilla extract and chocolate chips.
Whisk in cocoa powder.
Cook on low for 2 hours, whisking occasionally, until the chocolate is all melted and cocoa powder is mixed in well.
Serve hot and with your favorite toppings!
