Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare your 9×13″ baking dish with nonstick spray.
Cook noodles according to box directions, until al dente. Place a colander in the sink and strain the pasta. Set aside.
In a skillet, cook the hamburger. Add in the onions, minced garlic, red pepper, until the meat is browned and vegetables are softened. Drain the grease. Stir in the salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder.
Stir in the cream cheese and combine until it is melted, with no lumps.
Mix together noodles, meat mixture. beef broth and shredded cheese.
Pour the pasta and meat into your prepared casserole dish.
Top with provolone slices and place in oven to bake 20-25 minutes.
Remove once cheese is melted and allow to rest about 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
