These quick and easy powdered Brownie Cookies are made from a brownie mix. They have crispy edges, but are fudgy in the middle, just like regular brownies.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cookie pans with parchment paper, silicone mat or cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix together the brownie mix, eggs, oil and flour. The batter will be thick.
Stir in walnuts and chocolate chips, until combined.
Scoop your batter with a medium cookie scoop and roll in powdered sugar.
Place cookie balls on your prepared pans, about 2 inches apart. Cook 9-12 minutes or until just slightly undercooked. Remove from oven and allow them to finish cooking on baking pan. Remove from pan, allow to cool on wire rack.
You can dip your cooled cookies in powdered sugar. I have also dipped the cookies before and after baking to give an extra coat of powdered sugar. Or don't dip them at all, if you prefer. Enjoy!
