Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish (8x8-inch or similar) with butter or nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, combine the corn, eggs, ¼ cup melted butter, ½ cup crushed crackers, salt, pepper, and paprika.. Stir gently to combine.
Pour the corn mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Melt ¼ cup butter and combine with ½ cup of crushed crackers. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the corn.
