¼cupparmesan cheese (plus extra for top, if desired)

4cupsmozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9x13" baking pan with nonstick spray.
Brown ground beef, Italian sausage, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic over medium heat until it is no longer pink. Drain well, then add sauce to the meat and combine.
Mix ricotta cheese, egg, and parmesan in a medium bowl. Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder for extra flavor.
Spread ⅓ of the meat mixture into the prepared pan.
Place half of the ravioli on top.
Spread ½ of the ricotta cheese mixture.
Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese on top.
Repeat layers, ending with 2 cups of mozzarella on top.
Bake 35-45 minutes or until golden brown. Let rest about 10 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
Notes
Variations: You can use any mixture of meat (ground beef, ground turkey, Italian sausage, ground pork, ground bison) or no meat at all. Add in vegetables such as mushrooms, spinach, squash, zucchini, diced onions, tomatoes.
