Easy Crockpot Chili is a delicious meal that is perfect for a busy weeknight or a lazy weekend. It is also a great way to feed a crowd, as it can be easily doubled or tripled. In today's fast-paced world, we all need a quick and hearty meal solution, and this chili delivers just that.

Chili is one of my favorite comfort foods, and there's nothing better than a bowl of hot, hearty chili on a cold day. But who has the time to babysit a pot of chili on the stove for hours? That's where the crockpot comes in.

I love making chili in the crockpot because it's so easy and convenient. Just throw in all your ingredients in the morning, and by dinnertime, you'll have a delicious and flavorful meal that's ready to eat.

My favorite crockpot chili recipe is a simple one, but it's always a hit.

How to make an Easy Crockpot Chili

  1. Cook ground beef in a large skillet on top of the stove. When it is mostly cooked, add diced onion, and minced garlic, until onion is translucent. Drain any grease and transfer to crockpot.

  2. Add drained and rinsed beans, crushed or diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and onion powder.

  3. Stir well and cover with lid. Set temperature to 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low. Serve hot and enjoy!

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ tablespoon garlic powder
  • ½ tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
  • 2 15 oz cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 28 oz can crushed or diced tomatoes
  • 1 29 oz tomato sauce

Instructions
