Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Salad has fresh strawberries and bananas mingling with creamy cheesecake filling. Perfect for picnics, potlucks, or just a sweet treat at home on a lazy afternoon.

This is one of those easy recipes that we love! Between the fresh strawberries and sweet bananas, this is such a wonderful summer recipe! It would be a huge hit at a summer bbq, church potluck, or at a July 4th party.

  3. Wash the strawberries, hull them, and slice into bite-sized pieces. Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds. Place into a medium bowl with 2 tablespoon lemon juice.

  4. Fold fruit gently into the cheesecake mixture. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld. Just before serving, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top, if using. Enjoy!

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ cups yogurt (strawberry, vanilla, or strawberry banana)
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant cheesecake pudding
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 2-3 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2-3 cups bananas, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
