Peanut Butter Pudding is a peanut butter lover's dream dessert. It's so creamy and flavorful but still so easy to make.
This recipe took a lot of experimenting to get the right flavor and creaminess. We made it so many times and through a couple of power outages. The idea for this was from my husband when we were talking about my Butterfinger Poke Cake. Strangely enough we finally got it right using an old vanilla or banana pudding recipe as a base. The other recipes we were trying just didn't get it with the correct pudding consistency. If you try it and like it, please leave a comment. I would love to hear from you.
