- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs (I had a double yolk in image below), sour cream, oil until well incorporated.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon with a fork or whisk.
- Add half of the cake batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle all of the brown sugar, cinnamon mix on top of batter.
- Place the rest of the cake batter on top of cinnamon mix, as evenly as possible. Try a spatula or your fingers. Bake 40-45 minutes or until cake is golden brown and toothpick in center comes out clean.
- Mix glaze ingredients until smooth.
- Pour glaze onto hot cake and spread over the top evenly. Slice and enjoy!
